Once a thriving village in East
Sussex, England,
with a much loved Railway Station, there was much optimism for the future but the
Government closed down the Station and turned Sidley into a Hamlet. All the
banks closed their doors and left, followed closely by every major firm in the
area. Even the well used Post Office is threatened with closure.
Now, there’s nothing for the kids to
look forward to, except to receive their ASBOs. A part of Tony Blair’s legacy. Running through Sidley is the Ninfield Road.
One can commit suicide by just trying to cross it. Drivers on their way to
other areas are in an extreme hurry to leave Sidley behind.
The only thing left for Sidley to do is
create new music for the World. It is planned that some of the profits from
this website will be used to open a new Mexican takeaway in one of the empty
buildings on the Ninfield
Road. It will be
alongside the 2 Indians, 3 Chinese, 1 Café, 1 Fish and Chip shop, 1 Italian
Pizzeria, 1 Bakery and Patisserie, plus 2 Kebab takeaway joints. All situated
within a hundred and fifty metre stretch of the Ninfield Road.
